About Bethlehem Bars
Each Bethlehem Bar starts with an oatmeal shortbread crust that's par-baked and hand-layered with either chocolate, caramel and pecans, or raspberry jam, white chocolate and almonds. Bars are then topped with a cookie crumb and baked until golden.
