Suzanne and Robert Virgilio had just opened their bed and breakfast in Bethlehem, Pa. Suzanne, an avid baker and teacher, created her honey pecan granola with seven ingredients to serve for breakfast. Guests loved its balanced sweet and salty flavor and crisp texture paired with yogurt.

After years of sharing her homemade granola with guests, Suzanne opened The Granola Factory across the street from the B&B. Now a full-scale bakery with 21 artisan bakers, we're still committed to making food in-house that comforts the soul and awakens your tastebuds.
