The heritage of our bakery dates back to 1988 when Suzanne Virgilio served her honey pecan granola to guests at her bed and breakfast, The Bethlehem Inn. Thirty-five years later, our mission is still the same: To provide fuel and comfort through delicious, home-baked quality food with ingredients that are real and wholesome.
